My Signature
If you decide to work with me, I’ll send over my Planning Fee invoice and begin researching your best options. You’ll receive a trip proposal featuring 1-2 resort options; my goal is to get it right the first time! If I’ve been to the resort personally, I’ll also share “real life” photos and feedback, along with a pricing breakdown of your room options.
Design & Propose
Step Two
Once you review your proposed itinerary, I’ll make any tweaks needed to make it perfect. Then I’ll collect your trip deposit to lock in your dates. As your departure date inches closer, I’ll make other needed travel bookings like your flights and excursions and keep you informed of payment deadlines (yes, I offer payment plans!) and must-know travel and destination information.

Pack your best sunnies—it’s time for takeoff! While you travel, rest assured you have my support back home if you need it; simply reach out if you encounter any travel hiccups and I’ll help. Otherwise, sit back, relax, and revel in your very own stress-free, sun-splashed getaway!

I do charge a Planning Fee to cover my time researching your options, booking your travel, and providing one-on-one support all along the way. This fee can vary depending on the kind of vacation you’re after, so I’ll share it with you after our complimentary consultation call together. To give you an idea of my fees, the Planning Fee for an all-inclusive resort starts at $150 per trip, and the Planning Fee for a boutique resort starts at $300 per trip.
In most cases, yes! Resorts typically require a deposit up front to lock in your reservation, and then you’ll need to meet spaced-out payment deadlines leading up to your trip. I’ll keep you up to date on your payment plan deadlines for you!
Generally speaking, the sooner the better! The sooner you start planning your resort escape, the sooner you can lock in the best resort and room options—especially if you’re planning on visiting during the high season of December through April. A rough rule of thumb would be at least 6-9 months out for a vacation, and 12-18 months out for a destination wedding. Don’t have that kind of time? Then still reach out to me; as a travel professional I can sift through inventory quickly and still find your best options for more last-minute escapes!
